The Lobby service staff provide assistance with the Science Park’s facilities and services. They advise visitors upon arrival, and handle the mail, internal communication, facilities bookings and service coordination. The main lobby at the core of the Science Park is the best place to initiate your visit.

How to reach us
The main entrance is on the Niemenkatu side of the complex, between the two highest buildings.
For visitors to the building’s businesses, there is a guest parking area at the main entrance of the property. Parking time with a parking disc is 30 minutes. For longer stays, please insert the disc and enter your registration number in the ParkkiPate digital device in the main lobby info area for all-day parking. The area is subject to parking control.
There are 2 INVA parking spaces adjacent to the visitor park.
There are 10 medium-speed electric car charging points in the courtyard of the property, adjacent to the guest car park, for the use of visitors. The charging points are connected to the PlugIt system, through which the charging point is reserved and the user is charged.
STUDENT PARKING
Student parking at Niemenkatu 73 is located in the sand parking lot at Laatikkotehtaankatu 2. From there, access to the university premises is convenient and safe by crossing the crosswalk directly to the B section. At the B2 door there is a ParkkiPate device to which the registration number of the car parked on the sand parking lot must be entered.
DOOR OPENING HOURS:
The main entrance is open on weekdays from 07.30-16.00 (at other times with a tag and a code)
Door B2 is open on weekdays from 07.45 to 16.00 (at other times with a tag)
By public transport
Lahti Science Park is located approximately two kilometres from the city centre and is well connected. It is easy to access by public transport and bike.


Mankeli city bikes
The electric Mankeli city bikes are available to users in the Lahti region. Depending on the season, the service offers approximately 500 city bikes and 62 stations, one of which is located in front of Lahti Science Park.
To rent and ride a Mankeli city bike, you need the Freebike 2.0 application.
